Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer seeking a varied and hands-on role? Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide first-line IT support to users across office, site and remote locations
* Log and manage incidents using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
* Deliver support via phone, remote desktop, and in-person where necessary
* Configure and deploy user devices, applications, and network hardware
* Assist in creating training materials and delivering occasional user training sessions
What Experience is Required
* 2+ years in a hands-on IT support role within a Microsoft-based environment
* Experience supporting Windows PCs, Office 365, Azure, and networking technologies
* Strong customer service skills with a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving
