Job Summary

University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship this role. This is in accordance with UKVI guidelines and legislation, as these roles do not meet the skill nor salary threshold for sponsorship. If you hold a graduate visa, you are welcome to apply for this role however it is important to note that UHNM will be unable to offer sponsorship at the end of your graduate visa, you must also have at least six months until your graduate visa expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.

Join our team as a Recruitment Officer and play a vital role in supporting the University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust to deliver exceptional care through the recruitment of talented and dedicated professionals.

Main duties of the job

As a Recruitment Officer, You Will:

* Provide a high-quality, efficient recruitment administration service to various divisions within the Trust.
* Co-ordinate the recruitment process, from placing job advertisements and arranging interviews to processing pre-employment checks and onboarding new starters.
* Ensure compliance with NHS employment standards, including criminal records checks, professional registrations, and employment eligibility.
* Maintain accurate records and personnel files, supporting the delivery of a seamless recruitment experience.
* Collaborate with hiring managers, payroll, and external agencies to address queries and ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
