Food & Beverage Team Leader - Lead the Fun at Thorpe Park

We're looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals with experience in restaurants, bars, or quick-service food and beverage environments. Previous leadership experience is an advantage but if you're a high-performing team member ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you.

Your Role as a Food & Beverage Team Leader
Working closely with Duty Managers, you'll play a key role in keeping standards high and operations running smoothly across our food and beverage outlets. You'll:
* Lead units and services to ensure efficient, high quality operations
* Deliver outstanding guest experiences by supporting the team and resolving enquiries
* Complete and oversee cleaning schedules and operational checklists
* Motivate, coach, and develop team members, acting as a positive role model
* Drive sales, maximise revenue, and achieve performance targets
* Create a supportive, energetic team culture that embraces growth and change
* Ensure your team feels engaged, valued, and supported
What We're Looking For
* Experience leading a team (preferred)
* A strong passion for hospitality and excellent customer service
* Confident communication and the ability to inspire others
* Strong organisations skills and the ability to perform under pressure
* Aged 18 or over
* Flexible availability to meet business needs

You'll be employed on a seasonal variable contract until November 2026, earning £13.00 per hour, with access to a fun, supportive working environment and fantastic opportunities to grow your career
