This role is ideal for graduates and unqualified teachers seeking valuable classroom experience and an opportunity to gain insight into a secondary school environment. You will supervise classes across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring students remain focused, engaged, and on task while delivering pre-prepared work.

The Role:
* Supervise classes following pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
* Maintain positive behaviour and ensure students are engaged
* Support learners of all abilities and report on classroom progress
* Ensure smooth running of lessons during staff absence
* Uphold school policies regarding behaviour, safeguarding, and learning
