ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY SBC is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Journalist to join our Media team in Manchester at the forefront of the betting and gaming industry. They will be at the heart of breaking stories, helping to shape editorial direction, and driving innovative content that sets the agenda in our sector. This isn’t just about writing news — it’s about spotting the angles others miss, developing standout features, and bringing fresh ideas that keep our audiences engaged and informed. The role will involve writing for SBC News & Lottery Daily with an Editor and another Senior Journalist. SBC News is one of the headline sites for our media business covering global compliance and regulation updates, news from key companies in the industry, acquisitions & mergers and much more! You’ll have the opportunity to travel to SBC Events & other industry events to meet key industry figures in person, conduct high-impact interviews, report on conferences and grow your professional network on a global stage.
