We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Traffic Management Operative to join our dynamic Traffic Management team in Staffordshire. This role will be carried out onsite.
This position offers a competitive salary, with standard hours of 40 per week.

What You'll Do:
* Develop and implement traffic management plans to ensure the safety of road users and site personnel.
* Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and local authorities to manage traffic flows efficiently.
* Conduct site inspections to assess traffic management needs and compliance with regulations.
* Supervise and direct on-site traffic management teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
* Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to traffic management activities.
* Respond promptly to any traffic-related incidents or issues, providing effective solutions.
