Normal is boring.
That’s the mentality of this business and if you’re their future CRM Manager, that’ll be your mentality, too.
And let’s put it out there now - this isn’t a role that’ll appeal to everyone.
Why?
Because you won’t be part of a CRM-focused team here, just playing your small part in the overall effort. Here, you’ll be channelling your inner Chesney Hawkes - you’ll be the one and only.
If you’re still reading, great – maybe you’re our person. So let’s tell you some more about the business.
This is an FMCG brand that’s growing – rapidly. First time consumers are coming back for more and that’s developing into a real sense of loyalty, which is at the heart of the company’s growth strategy.
And that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a CRM Manager to develop and implement strategies to further drive that customer engagement and ultimately, instigate loyalty to the brand.
On a day-to-day basis, that’ll include:
* Analysing data to identify new opportunities
* Managing email, SMS and push campaigns
* Tracking open rates and conversion rates
* Communicating with customers in the most effective way possible
There’s plenty more, which you’ll see on the job spec. But for now, it’s over to you to assess if you think you’re ready to apply. This is what we’re looking for:
* At least 3 years in a CRM focused position. If you’re not driving the strategy in your current business, you’ll be able to show us that you’re capable of that next step
* Good exposure to best practices in digital marketing, content management and email marketing campaigns
* Data driven, with solid analytical skills
* Great communication skills. This is a business that’s growing quickly, so you’ll be speaking with a range of people internally, from the rest of the eCom team through to the wider sales and marketing teams. And that’s before putting yourself in customers’ shoes to ensure your communication style’s right for them!
If you like the sound of this, apply now with your CV– we’ll be delighted to tell you some more and hear about you and your career so far.
