Role
TSA are currently recruiting for an M&E Surveyor to work within the Birmingham area, as part of a wider team, for the internal function of a global building services consultancy. The client themselves is responsible for providing internal resource on a range of both public and private sector projects across a range of industries such as water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, and energy.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the delivery of M&E Condition Surveys, with workload spread across a range of industries and environments, both in the public and private sector.
* Log, tag and create condition reports for all mechanical and electrical assets within a variety of environments.
* Work as part of a team to perform surveys and contribute to asset verification and condition assessments.
* Communicate effectively and be prepared to learn to perform your own surveys as part of a team.
Qualifications
* Candidates ideally qualified within the building services sector, either mechanically or electrically.
* Willing to become self-sufficient and comfortable managing your own workload.
* Frontline entry to intermediate level; ability to learn and develop survey skills.
* Be prepared to work in various environments and industries (public and private sector).
