They are now looking for an Admin and Reception Officer to join them on a part-time, permanent basis, working 18.75 hours per week. What Youll Be Doing As an Admin and Reception Officer, you will support our clients Coventry office with high-quality administration and co-ordination. Working closely with the Office Manager, Housing and Support teams, youll manage reception duties such as greeting clients, handling calls, monitoring sign-in sheets, and managing post and deliveries. Youll also maintain accurate tenant records, update the Salesforce system, send communications to tenants, and provide support with scheduling, repairs, and property information management to keep everything running smoothly. Additionally, you will: - Assist with meetings and prepare minutes - Book and manage appointments on Team Up - Support housing officers and carry out tenant support work - Ensure certificates, files, and documentation are updated and stored correctly What Our Clients Looking For To be considered as an Admin and Reception Officer, you will need: - Previous admin experience - Good organisational skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Competency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and English The closing date for this role is 19th September 2025.
