Qualifications / Experience
* A minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C) including English Language and Maths or equivalent qualifications, or a higher standard of education, AND 1 year administrative/clerical experience.
* OR NVQ Level II Business & Administration or equivalent, with 1 year administrative/clerical experience.
* OR 3 years administrative/clerical experience.
6 months experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is essential.
Additional Requirements
* Hold a current full UK driving licence and have access to a car on appointment. This requirement may be waived for applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to an approved alternative transport.
* Maintain a diary (electronic and manual), arrange meetings, and take minutes.
* Manage filing systems and computer systems.
* Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Show flexibility, effective time management, and the ability to plan to meet deadlines.
