We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Administrator to join our admin team in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out daily administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail, including data entry and verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Manage bookings for customers and liaise with third parties to process movement bookings.
* Resolving escalations and maintaining positive relationships with both suppliers and customers.
* Assist the Team Leader with the implementation of new processes and streamline current processes to improve efficiency.
* Liaise with and provide administrative support for other departments to ensure success of business initiatives.
* Coach and Support Junior Team Members and take responsibility for ensuring that allocated tasks have been completed.
* Supporting Team Leader with daily tasks such as resource allocation, task distribution and assigning and managing breaks.

* Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within logistics.
