Business Analyst – Cheltenham (Hybrid, 2 days per week on-site) Up to £60,000 benefits We’re working with a global organisation who are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to join their project delivery team. This is a key role bridging business, IT, and digital teams, helping to deliver effective solutions that drive meaningful change. The role You’ll be working across a portfolio of projects, applying both Agile and Waterfall approaches where appropriate. The role combines requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery support. Key responsibilities include: Delivering business analysis across a range of projects. Leading agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement). Collaborating with stakeholders to define epics, features, and user stories. Supporting workshops, testing, and go-live activities. Producing documentation (BRS, RTM, process models, wireframes, data dictionaries). Providing occasional cover for Project Manager or Scrum Master. What we’re looking for Strong experience as a Business Analyst across full project lifecycles. Background in both Agile and Waterfall environments. Experience delivering customer-facing business systems solutions. Hands-on testing experience, including test script creation/execution. Skilled in process mapping and industry best practice standards. Tools: Jira, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
