We’re looking for a commercially aware Senior Client Manager to act as the strategic link between clients and operational teams — ensuring service excellence, alignment and long-term relationship growth.
This is a high-visibility role suited to someone who understands the depth of client relationships in Fund Administration and Private Capital, and can translate expectations into operational delivery across multiple stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead and oversee the end-to-end client experience across the organisation, with a strong focus on local Client Service Delivery
* Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business model, strategy and service expectations
* Translate client requirements into clear service delivery standards for operational and support teams
* Ensure all client touchpoints are coordinated, consistent and aligned with agreed service levels
* Act as a senior escalation point for complex service matters
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Promote a client-centric culture across internal teams
* Contribute to service reviews, governance meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Strong industry knowledge, particularly within Fund Administration and Private Capital
* Professional qualification related to financial markets, asset management or securities services
* Proven experience managing senior client relationships within financial services
* Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams and service lines
