You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach The main service based at Bude is part of our contract with Cornwall Adult Social Care to provide non-CQC regulated care and housing support for 6 customers living with in in self-contained flats. The practical bits You?ll work between 09.00 and 17.00 five days a week, Monday to Friday. There may be a situation to work outside those hours, so some flexibility would be needed but this would not be a routine. You will be working alongside another Support Coordinator colleague at each service but there may also be occasional lone working on-site. You will get regular supervision, have access to lots of training and regular team meetings with other colleagues across the contract. You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay) A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we?ll pay for any business mileage travel between your base (Bude) and Launceston.
