We are on the lookout for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to become a vital part of our HR team. In this role, you'll manage a diverse range of employee relations cases, ensuring that every matter is handled efficiently, fairly, and consistently. Your expertise will help drive management capability and confidence across the business through training and coaching.

Your Key Responsibilities

As our Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will:


Employee Relations

* Act as the main point of contact for all ER queries for both UK and Hong Kong employees.
* Take ownership of ER issues, including disciplinary actions, performance management, grievances, early conciliations, and employment tribunal cases.
* Provide technical support on team changes, restructures, and redundancies.
* Record, report, and manage all ER data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Proactively drive improvements in management practices through coaching and advising on HR policies.
* Manage the employee experience in alignment with our brand values.


Training

* Collaborate with Learning & Development to create training materials for Managers on key ER processes.
* Implement a training roadmap to ensure regular ER training sessions.
* Plan, facilitate, and deliver engaging training sessions to Managers.


Project Work

* Assist the Shared Services Manager with projects influenced by changes in Employment Law.
* Drive continuous improvement within our ER processes for more efficient operations.
* Work with other HR Specialists to ensure a positive framework for employee relations.


Data Reporting

* Compile relevant HR data for the 4-weekly board report.
* Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights into various business areas.
* Generate ad hoc reports as needed.


What We’re Looking For

* This is a hybrid role; you’ll work in the office 3 days a week.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of cases.
* Strong coaching and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* A collaborative team player.
* Ability to deliver training to diverse audiences.
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
* Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in challenging situations.
* Previous experience in an ER Advisor or HR generalist role, advising key stakeholders.
