About The Role
The CRM Marketing Executive will focus on driving greater value from our base of supporters and prospects and will work across Supporters, App subscribers, Digital subscription, Recurring Contribution, and Membership. The role is for an 18‑month fixed‑term contract or internal secondment.
* Plan, develop and implement multi‑channel campaigns such as in‑life, upsell and cross‑sell, renewals
* Deliver multi‑channel and measurable customer journeys and campaigns, and use audience segmentation to target the appropriate audience across the available channels
About You
* 2 years of experience building campaigns using a CRM tool
* Good knowledge of marketing performance tracking, analysis and reporting
* A good understanding of test‑and‑learn principles
* Experience in audience‑centric, data‑driven marketing
We operate in a hybrid environment working 3 days a week from our offices in Kings Cross and 2 days a week remotely.
