Who we are looking for A Senior Messaging Engineer, who will actively manage, support and develop Unified Communication (UC) technologies across the Business.
You will contribute to the engineering and architecture disciplines by utilising your knowledge to plan, build, deploy and support new and existing UC technologies.
You will collaborate with other teams to proactively monitor system performance, proactively addressing and resolving any issues. The role will ensure service availability is maintained and improved, leading to an enhanced user experience.
You will contribute to planning discussions on IT investments, ensuring solutions and systems are delivered in line with Information Security and Governance requirements.
This role is eligible for the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Experience working as a 3rd line Unified Communications Engineer.
Skilled in delivering, implementing and supporting Microsoft Exchange, both Online and On Premise.
Skilled in supporting Microsoft Teams.
Experience of strategic planning and decision making to align IT with business objectives.
Ability to understand and deliver tasks and projects to our business standards.
Ability to work to deadlines with a pragmatic approach to administration, governance and risk.
Participating in product evaluations, system testing and product lifecycle management.
