Location: Commercial Portfolio in Watford, Reading/Croydon and Canary Wharf
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Van & Fuel Card (Gentleman Agreement for Personal Use)

We are seeking a Skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to multiple commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and organise personal daily mechanical and electrical work.
* Respond immediately to equipment breakdowns and reactive work requests.
* Fix faults on site or arrange for replacement machinery or equipment to be installed.
* Make schedule checks.
* Complete mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure projects and improvements are implemented.
* Manage planned and unplanned electrical work.
* Maintain documented evidence for all departments in preparation for audits and legislative purpose.
* Ensure high standards of Health and Safety at all times.
* Ensure all work carried out to standard required by client.
Package & Benefits:
* Competitive basic salary of up to £45,000
* Monday to Friday 8am - 5:00pm

Requirements:
* Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical technical qualification or has proven time served experience.
* 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
* Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
