Key Responsibilities
* Deliver creative, engaging, and well-structured lessons to Year 1 pupils
* Assess and track pupil progress, offering constructive and timely feedback
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom atmosphere
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of learners of all abilities
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community
* Engage in professional development and participate in whole-school initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Ability to plan differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
* Competence in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
* Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
