Key skills include:
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Excellent relationship management abilities
* Experience working within the NHS or other healthcare organisations
* Familiarity with the technology landscape of UK primary care
* Knowledge of technology adoption and change management best practices
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the success of a high-impact healthcare technology solution in a fast-moving and collaborative startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deployment Management:
* Design and manage Metadvice implementation projects to ensure successful deployments that deliver benefits.
* Plan and execute technical deployment and integration with Practice EHR systems.
* Partner with practice and third-party staff for configuration and testing.
* Monitor progress, report issues, and address them proactively.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
* Work closely with technical and commercial teams to understand and prioritize client requirements.
* Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and support.
* Engage with clients post-deployment to ensure full adoption.
* Information Governance (IG):
* Support practices in NHS information management and risk processes (DCB60 and DPIA).
* Coordinate with the Metadvice DPO on Data Privacy and Protection queries.
* Customer Feedback and Support:

* Review support requests, triage, and escalate when necessary.
* Maintain training materials and regulated documents related to installation, use, and training.
* Documentation and Contract Management:
* Keep records of client interactions and project documentation.
* Ensure all contracts are signed and in place.
* Act as CRM (SalesForce) administrator.
* Technical Collaboration:
* Collaborate with technical teams for system setup and configuration within NHS practices.
* Relay technical requirements and customizations to the development team as needed.
