Description
* Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Manage month-end and year-end closing processes effectively.
* Monitor and analyse financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits when required.
* Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies to resolve issues promptly.
* Collaborate with internal departments to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Maintain and improve financial systems and processes for increased efficiency.
* Provide support to senior management with ad hoc financial reports and analysis.

Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
* Working towards a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA or CIMA) Part-Qualified Candidates/Finalists & QBE will be acceptable
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
* Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
* Previous experience within the FMCG industry is desirable.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* A proactive approach to improving processes and ensuring accuracy.
