Lockheed Martin UK is seeking a Senior Manager to serve as the Rotary and Missions Systems (RMS) UK CFO. This is a senior leadership position providing strategic financial leadership across multiple business areas and lines of business, including Space, Aero, MIC2, SEMS, Sikorsky, and TLS.
Reporting through the SEMS Line of Business, this role has significant cross-functional influence and leads a multi-disciplinary finance function including programme finance, pricing, overhead, and accounting. The role also serves as a key point of contact for Lockheed Martin Corporate and the Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) to HMRC, and sits on the LMUK subsidiary Board as Head of Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight across LMUK activities
Lead programme finance, pricing, overhead, and accounting teams
Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and operational controls
Partner with Program Offices and Business Development on new opportunities and bids
Oversee statutory, tax, and defined benefit pension compliance
Required Experience
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Proven senior financial leadership experience
Strong financial planning and reporting capability (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, Balance Sheet, Cost)
Experience in EVMS, programme finance, and programme accounting
Strong communication, analytical, and influencing skills
Must be physically located in the United Kingdom
