We are currently supporting a prestigious employer based in Bath, seeking a Temporary Administrator to join their team on a temporary while recruiting for a permanent role.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for graduates or those with administration experience to begin or grow their career within the financial services industry.
* 35 Hour working week
* 2-3 month contract
* Paying £12.91 - £15.38 per hour
Duties include:
* Provide administrative support to Wealth Management Consultants, including managing client data and preparing reports.
* Handle client correspondence professionally and efficiently via email and phone.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems.
* Assist with processing new business applications and scheme set-up.
* Support in maintaining compliance and ensuring all processes adhere to FCA regulations.
* Contribute to team activities and ensure high service standards are met.
* Work with relevant providers to request data and update client information.
You will:
* Have an least 1 year Administration experience
* Be able to commit to the temporary role
* Have excellent organisation skills
* Have excellent communication skills
