Vocational/Employability Tutor - Leeds Training Centre

What You’ll Be Doing
* Plan and deliver dynamic, interactive training sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
* Assess learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.
* Develop and refresh curriculum to keep programs industry‑relevant and ensure learners acquire real‑world skills.
* Support and mentor learners, acting as a role model and helping them overcome barriers to success.
* Maintain accurate learner records, including progress, attendance, and assessments.
* Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to create a seamless learning experience.
* Engage in continuous professional development to ensure your skills remain sharp and relevant.
What You Need To Bring To The Table
* A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent).
* A passion for helping people succeed.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence using IT for lesson planning and record‑keeping.
* Bonus: Experience as an Employability Tutor.
Salary & Hours
Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 2:30 pm.
