As a Car Sales Executive, you will sell new and used vehicles, ranging from compact city cars to hybrid SUVs.
Promote add-ons, accessories, finance and insurance products, and warranties.
Keep customers informed regarding delivery timelines and handle any delays proactively.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Collect payments and ensure smooth vehicle handovers.
Demonstrate vehicle features, explain warranty and service arrangements, and introduce customers to the Service Department where applicable.
Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and support.
Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven attitude.Candidate Specification:
Recent or current car sales experience is essential for the Car Sales Executive role.
A UK driving license with minimal points.
Strong desire to achieve results and a commitment to excellence.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
IT literate, with a forward-thinking approach to sales techniques and technology.
Passionate about the automotive industry and representing a reputable brand.
