Behaviour Teaching Assistant Location: Southwark, London Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Full-time, Contract Salary: £95 – £110 per day We’re seeking a confident and experienced Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a well-established Secondary Academy in Southwark this September. This is a full-time contract opportunity supporting students across the school who require additional behaviour support. The Role – Behaviour Specialist TA As a Behaviour TA, you will support individual students 1:1 and lead small group interventions focused on behaviour, regulation, and engagement. Working closely with classroom teachers and SEND staff, you’ll help implement behaviour strategies and create consistent routines across the day.
