Reporting to the Early Careers Manager and supporting the Head of Learning, Leadership and Inclusion, this role is responsible for the coordination and admin support of Sisk’s Early Careers Programmes. The role holder will develop an understanding of how early talent in each population supports the long-term success of Sisk. Develop an in-depth understanding of all Early Careers streams at Sisk (Graduates, Apprentices, Students, Trainees) by coordinating and providing administrative support in the cyclical activities around attraction, recruitment, organising and attending careers events with university / colleges, preparing and facilitating assessment centres / interviews, management of candidate experience, onboarding and offboarding for respective streams Coordinate and provide administrative support to existing programme processes that can include but is not limited to: Workshop schedule and bookings Attraction and Marketing Induction Offboarding Ad-hoc Early Careers top-up activities Be the first port of call for internal and external delegate queries via incoming calls and management of the shared mailbox Support the Head of Learning, Leadership and Inclusion, and Early Careers Manager with accurate and timely information on the Early Careers Programmes Support and provide the relevant information to the HR operations team and International Mobility team in correctly contracting the Early Careers Population Ensuring timely administration in processing, completion and notification of Graduate movements and support with placement changes, including administration of Living Allowance Coordinate and support big key events throughout the year such as KIT days, Graduate Summer Event, Apprentice Gala, Induction weeks, Graduation End of Programme Ceremony Work closely with key external training partners on the monitoring and training of apprentices, including support in preparing for End Point Assessments Keep training records and system up to date in relation to professional development, qualifications & training course attendance – liaise with wider L&D team to inform of changes, as relevant to training agreements Management and administration of Apprentice Levy and CITB Grant Applications Build strong relationships with the Early Careers participants, Mentors, Line Managers, HR, Steering Groups and other support functions / networks Maintain lines of communication with students to act as ambassadors whilst on campus such as keep in touch calls and campus visits Strong inter-personal skills with an engaging, inquisitive attitude Role model the Sisk Company values of Care, Integrity and Excellence Excellent verbal and written communication skills Resilient Empathetic Highly organised Ability to adopt a growth and continuous improvement mindset Solutions focused High attention to detail Flexibility to travel across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe Skilled at all Microsoft tools; Word, PowerPoint & Excel in particular Relevant CIPD or HR related qualification (Desirable) Professional member of relevant body (EMCC, CIPD, IITD, ICF) (Desirable) Competitive salary 26 days annual leave Excellent Benefits Package And much more!
