Job Description
Scholars School System, a project of UK CURRICULUM & ACCREDITATION BODY (UKCAB), is seeking a Student Recruitment and Marketing Officer for all campuses, including Birmingham, Manchester, London, Bradford, and Leicester, based in Birmingham.

Director of Admissions and Marketing
Purpose and Responsibilities
The department is responsible for meeting recruitment and conversion targets, maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, and collaborating with all college departments. We seek innovative and driven applicants committed to our mission and values. This is a permanent role.
Main Duties
1. Develop relationships with schools, colleges, job centres, and education providers to increase applications and stakeholder engagement.
2. Organize three Open Days per year at Scholars School System, attracting over 2,000 visitors each, and manage feedback collection.
3. Lead recruitment activities for targeted regions and campuses, including attending national events.
4. Create and manage communication plans, including newsletter content and stakeholder outreach.
5. Oversee website content related to student recruitment and outreach.
6. Build and maintain links with schools, colleges, and career services.
7. Coordinate with marketing for the development of promotional materials.
8. Maintain activity data, feedback, and stakeholder records.
9. Report on activities and represent Scholars School System at stakeholder meetings.
10. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
* BSc/Master’s Degree in Marketing.
* Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in UK higher/further education.
Salary and Benefits
* Competitive salary.
* Basic hours: 9am-6pm on-site; travel required.
* 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
* Up to £5,000 annual incentives, paid quarterly upon KPIs.
* 3% annual salary increase upon KPI achievement and service anniversary.
