A growingproperty management and lettings company based in Chesteris looking to recruit aProperty Managerto join their busy team.
The business manages a large portfolio ofstudent and young professional accommodation across Chester, the Wirral and Lancaster, and this role plays a key part in keeping properties fully let, well maintained and tenants supported.
This is afast-paced rolewhere no two days are the same, working closely with tenants, landlords and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of student and professional rental properties
* Proactively filling property voids through enquiries and viewings
* Supporting tenants and providing excellent customer service
* Liaising with landlords and providing updates on lettings and maintenance
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors
* Ensuring compliance with property legislation (gas safety, HMO licences etc.)
* Producing rent statements and managing landlord invoices
* Coordinating tenant changeovers during busy periods
About You
* Experience inlettings, estate agency or property managementpreferred
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
* Customer-focused with a proactive approach
* Driving licence beneficial
Salary & Benefits
* £30,000 £35,000 depending on experience
* Full-time office-based role in Chester
