Learning Support Assistant & Midday Supervisor / SEN Teaching Assistant - SN11
Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives? My client is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support SEN and pupil premium students in a nurturing and dynamic school environment. This role offers the chance to play a vital part in helping children overcome barriers to learning and thrive both inside and outside the classroom. This role is available on a fixed-term contract until March 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing tailored support to SEN and pupil premium students across the school.
* Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement learning strategies.
* Supporting students with their emotional and academic development through structured interventions.
* Supervising and ensuring a safe and engaging lunchtime experience as a Midday Supervisor.
* Communicating effectively with staff and parents to support each child's progress.
About You
* Be able to do the job as described.
* Previous experience working with children with SEN needs is essential.
* Understanding of trauma-informed approaches in education is desirable.
* Excellent communication and liaison skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
* A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children.
