The Successful Applicant
* Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator is desirable but not essential.
* Highly organised.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
* Can commute to Lichfield.
