The Role
You’ll be part of a professional events kitchen team delivering exceptional food for:
* Corporate events
* Private dining
* VIP functions
* Festivals & large-scale events
* Sporting & hospitality events
Duties may include:
* Food prep and service
* Running sections confidently
* Assisting with event setup and breakdown
* Maintaining high hygiene standards
* Supporting Head Chefs during busy service
* Delivering consistent quality under pressure
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Previous professional kitchen experience
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Excellent timekeeping
* Team player mentality
* Food hygiene knowledge
Ideal:
* Events or banqueting experience
* Driving licence and own transport
* Fine dining or high-volume background
* Flexibility on evenings and weekends
