Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons following the Key Stage 1 curriculum. Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development. Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external partners to enhance the curriculum and support student development. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate. Promote health and safety in all activities, ensuring students understand the importance of safe practices. Requirements of the role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must. Experience working within the classroom. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best. Commitment to promoting a love for learning and curiosity about the world. ECTs are welcome and encouraged to apply.
