Contract: Permanent.
Hours: 07:00 to 16:45 Monday to Thursday, 07:00 to 12:00 Friday +OVERTIME
Pay Rate: £14.00 to £18.00 p/h + overtime, dependant on experience

Due to significant growth, we're currently recruiting skilled Fabricators/Welders to join our established and dynamic team based at our Doncaster facility.
Job Overview
We seek motivated Fabricators/Welders to contribute to the creation of high-quality bespoke vehicle components. Ideal candidates will demonstrate creativity, excellent problem-solving skills, and adaptability to diverse and custom projects. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabrication and assembly of metal components using hand and power tools.
* MIG and TIG welding to achieve robust, high-quality joints.
* Routine maintenance and operation of welding equipment.
* Interpretation of blueprints and technical drawings to meet precise specifications.
* Collaboration with the fabrication team to optimize workflow efficiency.
* Accurate measurement and cutting of materials using essential mathematical skills.
Essential Criteria
* Proven experience in structural vehicle welding.
* Skilled in MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
* Proficient in fitting, forming, and joining materials accurately.
* Ability to independently manage tasks, maintaining high-quality standards within deadlines.
* Previous background in engineering or manufacturing environments.
Additional Preferred Criteria
* Experience with hydraulic lifting system design and manufacture.
* Background in HGV repair, maintenance, and modification.
* Competency in interpreting detailed engineering drawings.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Maintain a clean, safe work environment, observing company and legal safety requirements.
* Consistently use appropriate PPE.
* Immediately report safety concerns or equipment issues to supervisory staff.
