Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Family Administrator to join Rutland Council on an initial 6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities * Support the development of the Best Start in Life Family Hub offer. * Set up and maintain clear and effective systems and processes to track project progress. * Record, collate and report on data accurately and in a timely manner. * Provide general administrative support to the project group and Programme Manager. * Contribute to team meetings, preparing reports, minutes and documentation as required. * Ensure information is organised and accessible, supporting smooth project delivery. About You You’re an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail and a natural flair for organisation. You take pride in creating simple, effective systems and thrive in a collaborative, community-focused environment. You’ll bring: * Proven experience in data reporting systems and information management. * Ability to develop and maintain systems and processes for tracking project information. * Excellent organisational and communication skills.
