Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Chartered Structural Engineer to join a close-knit team and play a key role in both project delivery and the continued development of the practice. The Role Lead and deliver high-end residential and bespoke architecturally led projects Work collaboratively with architects, clients and contractors from concept through to construction Take ownership of project design, coordination and delivery Contribute to business development, including nurturing client relationships and helping to bring new work into the practice Support and mentor junior engineers as the team grows About You Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE and/or MICE) Strong experience working on architecturally driven design projects, ideally high-end residential Confident engaging with architects and clients at early design stages Some experience or genuine interest in business development and winning work Comfortable working in a small, design-led consultancy environment What We Offer Work on high-quality, design-led projects ...
