You’ll be working 42 hours a week (to include days, nights, and alternate weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Newton House. Cygnet Newton House is a 21 bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for men. The service is dedicated to providing a high quality environment for promoting long-term recovery. Located 1 mile from Blackpool centre, Cygnet Newton House benefits from being close to plenty of amenities. There are good public transport links in the area with regular buses to the beach and other popular locations – the bus stop is just outside the service. Your day-to-day… Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required Safeguard Maintain a safe & clean environment fo r all Why Cygnet?
