Position: Apprenticeship Recruitment Manager
Location: Remote or London based if preferred
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 base salary (D.O.E.) with fantastic earning potential (OTE 50k+)
We are looking for a passionate, results driven and experienced Apprenticeship Recruitment Manager to join us and lead our successful Apprenticeship/Trainee Dental Nurse Recruitment Team.
In this fast-paced, target orientated role you will manage and motivate your team of apprenticeship recruitment consultants to succeed, as well as managing an agreed number of vacancies yourself using the full 360 recruitment process. This role is perfect for an experienced manager who is still keen to support active recruitment as you will be fully involved in the candidate process from obtaining vacancies from our clients, to sourcing candidates for each job vacancy, and supporting both clients & candidates to job offer stage, and onto the relevant Dental Nurse training programme with us.
Key activities involve:
. Setting and measuring achievable stretch targets to support the apprenticeship recruitment team to achieve its targets
· Working closely with the apprenticeship recruitment team in supporting them to achieve their KPIs
· Working with team members to drive their development and ultimately their performance.
· Collaborating cross functionally and proactively to drive company success and goals, ensuring we meet our target starts per cohort.
· Having a personal caseload of vacancies
· Speaking to clients to take their vacancies, provide course information, follow up on candidates etc
· Arranging job interview & offer details with clients, and setting up their DAS accounts with clients, where applicable
· Resourcing new candidates for each vacancy in lines with government funded eligibility and our course entry requirements
. Carrying out candidate interviews, and the necessary checks
. Providing all candidates with full course & job details – to increase retention, and limit future churn
Skills, Experience and Qualifications needed:
. GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent qualification
. Experience leading and managing an Apprenticeships Recruitment team
. Experience of previous recruitment/sales roles
. Confident and experienced to lead a successful team
. Experienced in meeting funding body contract requirements
. Aware and comfortable with Ofsted Inspection Framework
. Driven to succeed and achieve targets and deadlines
