Reporting line: Reports to the Sales Development Manager located in London, UK.
Business Units: Sales; Career Transition & Mobility.
Location: Hybrid with 3 weekly office days in London.
Key Responsibilities
* Qualify inbound leads and marketing enquiries.
* Conduct proactive outbound outreach into target enterprise accounts.
* Conduct baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls and introductory sales meetings.
* Book high‑quality discovery meetings for senior sales leaders.
* Maintain accurate information about key contacts and sales activities in Salesforce.
* Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to share information, provide feedback, and achieve overall sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for talent who demonstrate high achievement, drive, and commercial potential:

* Commercial mindset: entrepreneurial projects, consulting societies, fundraising initiatives, or other evidence of initiative and business acumen.
* Knowledge of B2B tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.).
* Results‑oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset and natural curiosity.
* Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
Previous SDR, customer‑facing, or sales experience is a plus. Experience using tools like Salesforce or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is helpful, but we provide training.

Contract Details
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time. Hours: 37.5 per week.
