Your new company & role
Join a small but high-performing legal team as the main legal contact for the sales and procurement team. The role will offer an excellent range of work, exposure to senior members of the business and scope for progression. You will work alongside a General Counsel who is focused on development but also have good autonomy within the position.
What you'll do
* Draft and negotiate high-value commercial contracts (supplier, procurement, SaaS, NDAs and Terms of Business).
* Develop and implement legal frameworks and templates.
* Advise on relevant regulatory matters and stay up to date with any changes.
* Build strong working relationships cross-functionally and with external stakeholders.
* Support with data protection, employment and risk as well as other ad hoc matters.
About you
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders and external partners.
* Able to adapt and think on your feet with a commercially minded and solutions-based approach.
* Driven, reliable and hard-working.
* 3 PQE + as a guideline.
* Previous experience working with sales and procurement teams is crucial.
