We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various administrative functions and facilitating communication across departments.
Flexibility is a must for this role, as hours may extend beyond the usual depending upon day to day activities or unforeseen circumstances
Duties
* Daily Routing/Routes optimisation
* Driver communication/phone calls, etc
* Daily communication/link between Head office & Harlow depot
* Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
* Planning of large contract roll-outs
Skills
* Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
* Strong administrative skills with experience in office management.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
* Familiarity with computerised systems and software applications, including MS Office
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
