We are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to join our team either based in our Nottingham or London office. This role involves assisting managers in making informed business decisions by analyzing financial data. The responsibilities include exploiting available data to identify financial trends and variances, as well as contributing to the month-end, budgeting, and year-end processes.
MTVH implements a Smarter (Hybrid) Working policy requiring 3 days per week on-site. The role may also require occasional travel within London or the Midlands.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience working collaboratively within a medium/large finance team
* Proven ability to conduct detailed quantitative analysis to drive decision-making
* Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
* Highly numerate with attention to detail, ideally a part or fully qualified accountant
* Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
