We are seeking experienced and energetic Registered Nursesideally with in expertise in aged care to join our team based inWembley Residential Age Care Home. This vital roledrives the delivery of quality, person-centred care for ourresidents with our nursing team focusing on providing the absolutebest possible care for our patients. We have Part TimePermanent positions and Casual positions available.
You will have a personalised care approach to residents bysupporting their independence, while maintaining an increased levelof professionalism and high-quality support to our clinical team,ensuring safe medication administration, and maintaining qualitycare records.
About you
You are an energetic and self-motivated Registered Nurse who islooking to be a part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team.You’ll have a commitment to quality patient care andsatisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal andrelationship building skills. While also sharing the same caringapproach we have for our residents, and bring:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is amust!
* Experience in Aged Care Services with an understanding ofcurrent Age Care Quality Standards is preferred but notrequired
* A commitment to person centred practise with a passionatecommitment to support others
* Excellent time management and documentation skills
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last sixmonths)
* Driver’s licence and evidence of requiredvaccinations
