Weigh, slice, and prepare raw meat for processing. Pack finished meat products into appropriate containers, following packaging standards and regulations. Perform routine quality checks on both raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain high hygiene standards and ensure work area is kept clean and sanitary at all times. Follow client specifications related to weight, quality, and presentation. Perform manual handling and heavy lifting tasks as required. Requirements: Previous experience in meat production is essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good physical stamina - this role is physically demanding. Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures. Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
