A leading infrastructure and facilities services organisation is looking to appoint a Head of Commercial to drive governance, consistency, and performance across a complex public sector contract portfolio.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll lead a centralised function, acting as the organisation’s expert on contractual matters—strengthening controls, improving risk management, and enhancing commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead commercial governance, assurance, and contract management best practice
* Oversee claims, disputes, and risk across major contracts
* Drive consistency in NEC4 contract management and change control
* Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, procurement, and supply chain
* Deliver improved commercial performance and insight
We’re Looking For
* Strong commercial contract management experience in complex environments
* Deep understanding of NEC4 and public sector frameworks (Procurement Act 2023)
* Proven track record in disputes, governance, and risk
* Credible leader able to influence at senior level
