Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at ILoveParcels located near Hinckley (LE10). The Sales Associate will focus on outbound sales to cold trade customers, assisting the Sales Manager, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. Day-to-day tasks include calling through a large list of potential customers, gathering new leads, entering information on to the CRM, and other admin duties. Delivering excellent customer service and meeting onboarding targets will be key responsibilities. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to assist and engage with customers effectively. Willingness to call 50 Companies a day Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with customers and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic retail environment. Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles is an advantage.
