Location: Manchester
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
An established and forward-thinking architectural practice in Manchester is looking to recruit a talented Architect to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Architect seeking exposure to a varied portfolio of projects across sectors including residential, education, healthcare and mixed-use developments. The practice has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative, functional and sustainable design solutions, while maintaining a collaborative and supportive studio culture. The successful Architect will have the opportunity to take an active role in project delivery, work closely with clients and consultants, and continue developing both creatively and technically within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and assist in the delivery of projects across all RIBA stages
* Produce creative design proposals and detailed technical solutions
* Prepare planning applications, technical packages and construction drawings
* Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout all project phases
* Develop and manage BIM models and drawing packages using Revit
* Ensure projects comply with current UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
* Attend site visits, client meetings and coordination workshops
* Work collaboratively with the wider architectural and technical teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
Skills & Experience:
* ARB registered Architect with UK industry experience
* Previous experience working within an architectural practice on a variety of project types
* Strong design flair alongside solid technical ability
* Proficient in Revit
* Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning procedures and construction detailing
* Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
* A proactive and collaborative attitude with a passion for architecture and design excellence
