Our client is an industry leading agency based in Cheltenham. They are looking for a Head of Client Services to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

THE ROLE
* Oversee senior client relationships, acting as the primary contact
* Build partnerships with clients to understand their goals
* Lead all strategic planning across all client accounts
* Support the strategic input for new business opportunities
* Oversee project management frameworks to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
* Continuously improve delivery processes
* Line manage and develop a growing team
* Set clear expectations and KPI's
* Own client forecasting, capacity planning and revenue accountability
* Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling
ESSENTIAL
* Strong, proven experience in Client Services or Account Leadership within a Social, Influencer or Digital Marketing Agency
* Proven track record of managing and growing high-value client accounts
* Strong conflict management experience and negotiation skills
* Demonstrated experience in strategy development and campaign management
* Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets or forecasts
