Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with a range of special educational needs.
* Assist with the implementation of tailored learning plans and strategies.
* Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
* Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills.
* Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to monitor and track student progress.
What We\'re Looking For
* A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
* Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.
* Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students and contribute to a positive school atmosphere.
* Prior experience in a similar role or a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certification or equivalent) is an advantage, but not essential.
* A team player who works well with others to achieve the best outcomes for students.
