3–5 hours a month to help keep our charity’s website accurate and engaging.
Responsibilities
* Keep our website content accurate and current (events, news, blogs, resources, session dates)
* Upload photos, videos, and other multimedia to enhance our online presence
* Work with the team to create new pages or sections when needed
* Ensure accessibility and readability for all visitors
* Make updates to reflect seasonal campaigns, projects, and fundraising events
Skills required
* Web Design
Why these skills are required
* Experience updating websites (WordPress)
* Eye for design and layout (experience with Canva or Photoshop a bonus)
* Good written communication skills with accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to think creatively about presenting information online
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and stay motivated working independently
* Professional approach to representing the charity online
* Basic knowledge of SEO best practices is helpful but not essential
